Last year, our team of experienced professionals made 24,547 total visits to homes located in towns across our community, all while continuing to receive a four out of five-star rating by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), based on surveys of patient experiences. Ratings like ours, and the continued accolades that we receive from our patients, help us confirm that we are leading the way by providing exceptional at home care to our community.
