Our diabetes education program is recognized by the American Association of Diabetes Educators and is staffed by a certified diabetes educator. Our mission is to improve the health care outcomes and quality of life for members of our community living with diabetes.

Diabetes Self-Management
Whether your are newly diagnosed or have been living with diabetes for many years, our Diabetes Self-Management Education program can help you manage your condition and live a healthier lifestyle. We offer both one-day and multiple-class sessions. A physician referral is required. The program cost is usually covered by Medicare, MaineCare and private insurance. Diabetes Prevention Program
Our diabetes prevention program helps people lower their chance of developing type 2 diabetes and other serious health problems, such as heart disease or stroke. Designed for people who have been diagnosed with prediabetes, or who are at risk and want to make a healthy lifestyle change, this national program will help you eat healthier and become more active, which may prevent diabetes.
Our providers offer care for diabetes, thyroid diseases, and other endocrine conditions.
