Physical therapy services
When you first see a physical therapist, you will have an evaluation. The therapist will ask about your family history and medical history. Based on your diagnosis and needs, your physical therapist will develop a treatment plan.
PT usually includes hands-on treatment and exercise. Your physical therapist also may show you exercises and stretches to do on your own. You will need a provider referral for physical therapy.
