Expert counseling and emotional support services at home
It's normal to need help adjusting to the mental challenges associated with a serious or chronic health condition. Talk to your primary care physician (PCP) if you think counseling and emotional support at home may be right for you or a loved one. A PCP referral is required to receive behavioral health care at home.
