Jennifer Moore
President
Jen Moore has over 20 years of healthcare leadership and operations experience and is dedicated to building effective teams with a strong focus on strategy and organizational development.
Ms. Moore joined the MaineHealth Maine Medical Center Physician Hospital Organization (the precursor to the MaineHealth ACO) in 1999. She leads ACO operations including payer contracting, network management, data operations and analysis, performance improvement programs, and practice support activities. She also oversees all activities associated with the Medicare Shared Savings Program and several commercial ACO contracts. Ms. Moore holds a Masters of Business Administration degree and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of ACOs (NAACOS.)
Kendra Emery, DO
Chief Medical Officer
Kendra is a practicing family medicine physician. She is an accomplished and highly respected member of the MaineHealth community who has served in numerous clinical leadership roles including associate chief medical officer at MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital and MaineHealth Waldo Hospital. Dr. Emery received her undergraduate degree from Bowdoin College and medical degree from the University of New England. She completed a residency in family medicine at St. Anthony North Hospital in Colorado and has served as a board-certified family medicine physician in Maine since 2013, first at MaineHealth Franklin Hospital and then at MaineHealth Pen Bay Hospital.
Shannon Banks
Chief Operating Officer
Shannon Banks is an experienced health care administrator and organizational development professional who served in senior leadership roles at Martin’s Point Health Care and Central Maine Health Care before founding her own consulting firm, Banks Bellwether. There, she partnered with health care and social service leaders and their teams to help them clarify their visions and accomplish their goals. Shannon holds faculty positions at Bates College and the University of Southern Maine, teaching Strategic Planning, Organization Development, Organization Behavior, Leadership, and Health Care Administration. She also serves as a member of the Board of Oasis Free Clinics, a nonprofit that provides free medical and dental care to low-income residents of the mid coast area. Shannon received a BA degree from Bates and a MS in Organization and Management from Antioch New England University.
