- Why Maine Medical CenterThe IR program is filled with individuals that I knew I would be able to get a great hands on education from starting as an intern. Portland has tons of outdoor activities while having great restaurants and breweries. Easiest choice I've made coming here for residency.

- What you did you do before med schoolI worked in a biotech lab in Windham, ME helping to create and distribute polyclonal antibodies for both industrial and research purposes. I also worked a number of jobs downtown ranging from valet, maintenance man, janitor, to breakfast server.

- Medical interestsInterventional Oncology, anything minimally invasive that can help patients feel better with less time spent in the hospital
- Why Maine Medical CenterIt was an honor to rotate in Maine during medical school, and in that time it became clear to me that I desired staying in Maine and continuing to work with the excellent staff and population we have here. It is an honor to stay in my home state and continue to learn and grow in this journey.

- Why Maine Medical Center?I chose MMC because I believe it offers the most well-rounded and comprehensive training for IR. Most importantly, during my away rotation, I fell in love with the people at MMC. Portland being a beautiful city that reminds me of my hometown was an added bonus!
