Tamara H. W. Schwartz, MD
- Clinical Neurophysiology |
- Neurology
Since 2006, I have enjoyed providing Neurology care in the Portland area. The assessment of patients with neurologic symptoms involves combining history, exam findings, and test results to arrive at a diagnosis that is often complex and unfamiliar to the patients. I believe strongly in the shared decision model: My role is to define the problem, explain how this disease process is causing the symptoms and then lay out treatment options for joint discussion. I greatly enjoy working with my colleagues and staff, but when I am not working, my family and I take advantage of all the wonderful outdoor activities Maine offers each season.
