Dr. Harvey received her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Michigan Health System, Department of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Harvey has a strong clinical interest in sleep surgery. She was the first surgeon in Maine and New Hampshire to perform the hypoglossal nerve stimulator for sleep apnea and now has a high volume surgical practice for the Inspire procedure, providing care for patients throughout the state of Maine and New Hampshire. She also practices general otolaryngology and has an interest in medical education and simulation. She serves as an instructor from Tufts Medical School and values working with residents and students. As a Maine native, she is committed to providing excellent care to patients throughout the region.
