My journey to midwifery has not been straightforward. For years, I worked in the soil with plants, learning the relationship between food and wellbeing. Now, I bring this holistic lens to my life and my practice. Midwifery is a creative process. It is listening to people's stories and helping them to trust their bodies as a medium for change in their lives and in the world. I grew up in the Valley, and am honored to be returning to serve this community. In my spare time, I can be found in my garden or somewhere in the mountains.
