I came to Maine from Massachusetts, where I grew up and spent the majority of my adult life. I attended McGill University and New York Medical College for my undergraduate and medical degrees. I spent the next six years in clinical training at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. My clinical and research interests include cardiac imaging, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and valve disease.
My passion is in taking care of patients with complex cardiac problems. My goal is to help patients understand and visualize their cardiac issues and to guide in understanding the treatment options based on available data and research. I also consider myself an educator and find fulfillment teaching medical trainees and staff.
Away from the hospital, you will likely find me doing a variety of outdoor activities with my wife and two kids. I am looking forward to providing excellent care to the community of southern Maine.
