Michael E O'Brien, DO

Michael O’Brien, D.O., comes to Memorial Hospital from the Veterans Administration in Maine. He was a primary care provider and also involved in coordinating the VA resident program there. More recently he has been the firm chief’ at the Maine VA, overseeing providers in the Portland clinic AND the internal medicine residents program while still serving as a same-day access physician.

Dr. O’Brien is a graduate of the Virgina College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland. He began his career as a primary care physician in New London, New Hampshire.
