Lydia Russell-Roy, MD

Thank you for considering me to be your advocate in health. I hope that you will get a sense of my friendly, open demeanor because it is important that you find a comfortable partnership with your physician.

I grew up in Massachusetts and went to college in Minnesota. After living in San Francisco and North Carolina, I made my way to San Diego for training and my early career. I was missing seasons and am so excited to be back in New England.

I care for women at all points in their lives. I can help with heavy or painful periods, contraception, pregnancy and menopause. It is a privilege to help women navigate through moments of big transition in their lives. I strive to work together to anticipate and prevent health care issues that may arise.

In my free time I like getting outside, especially on the water. I enjoy swimming in the ocean and sailing with my husband and daughter.
