Larisa M Welch, FNP

Larisa is an experienced Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in primary care prior to specializing in the treatment of obesity. She completed extensive training in obesity medicine achieving the Advanced Practice Provider Certificate in Obesity Medicine from the Obesity Medicine Association. Her passion is providing evidence based care to patients navigating the complexity of obesity, and the multiple contributing factors that make weight loss difficult for them. Working alongside the Weight and Wellness team, patients are provided a comprehensive approach to disease management including nutrition, physical activity, mental health, medication management, and bariatric surgery.
