I am a Yale-trained midwife with over ten years of experience working in women’s health. I specialize in pregnancy and birth, lactation, gynecology, contraception, hormonal health, menopause and hormone replacement therapy. I find satisfaction in getting to the bottom of things through deep listening and thoughtful exploration. I trust that my patients know themselves best, and I try to find treatments by offering context and education. I have a passion for learning and expanding my knowledge and skills. I often spend my driving time and evenings engaging with new research. In my time off, I spend time with my husband and young son. I love gardening, strength training, and water coloring.
