True to my background in primary care, I aim to establish partnerships with my patients, empower them with tools to champion their own health, and, together, create realistic and sustainable plans to improve wellbeing and health outcomes. I am pleased to be a part of the interdisciplinary team at the Weight and Wellness Program that allows for a holistic approach to obesity management.

I am a born and raised Mainer and enjoy spending time with my family at our local state parks and beaches and exploring the ever-expanding food scene in Portland.
