Heidi C Decker, MD

I am a native of Maine and practice family medicine in Livermore Falls. I feel very privileged to be invited into each one of my patient’s lives, to listen to their stories, to get to know them a little better at each visit, and to help them make the right individual choices to help them improve their health and well-being. The best part of my day is when I share a laugh or even a tear with a patient and to hear them say “thank you for listening." Listening is one of the most valuable tools I have to help my patients and I try to improve this skill every day.

Outside of medicine, my interests involve spending time with my husband, Joe and my children Isabelle and Jet. We like to spend as much time as we can with our extended family and friends doing activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, cooking, and snowmobiling. Over the past 5 years I have become very passionate about my new hobby fly-fishing and this has opened up a door to even more friends, travels and adventures. I am blessed to live in this great state.
