Genevieve R MacDonald, ACNP

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I worked as a critical care, emergency, and flight nurse across Canada and the United States. During that time, I had the opportunity to work in Cardiothoracic Intensive Care and was drawn to the complexity of this patient population. Following more than 10 years as a Cardiothoracic Intensive Care nurse, I continued my education with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina. I have been fortunate to continue to practice for the last 10 years in the exciting realm of Cardiothoracic Surgery as a Nurse Practitioner.
