In the summer of 1984, following college graduation and being newly married, we moved to Bath. Jeff accepted a position at Bath Iron Works (BIW), and Margie with a position in health care with Dr. Myron Krueger at Parkview Adventist Hospital. We instantly fell in love with the people and this amazing community, which we still call home today.
With Jeff working at BIW and Margie in health care we understood the importance of having an excellent hospital in our community. As we raised our two children, both born at Parkview Hospital, we quickly realized how fortunate we were to have not just a hospital in our community, but our community hospital. We are proud to support MaineHealth Mid Coast Hospital, and we are deeply grateful for the strength and care this hospital provides.
