Donations to MaineHealth Home Health & Hospice help us provide care to those who do not have insurance or other resources to pay for care.
Support home health care in your community
By supporting our organization, donors help us strengthen our mission and expand home health and hospice services in Southern and mid coast Maine. Donors may choose to direct contributions to our home health program, hospice program, or one of our care team education funds.
All gifts will be acknowledged by a letter from our development office. Unless the donor wishes to remain anonymous, all contributions will be listed in our annual report.
Ways to give
- Memorial and Honorarium Gifts: Make a donation in memory, or in honor, of a family member or loved one
- Grateful Patients: Make a donation in honor of a MaineHealth Home Health & Hospice care team member
- Legacy Gifts (bequests and planned gifts): Make a gift to MaineHealth Home Health & Hospice part of your long-term financial plan
- Charity Care: Help offset the cost of home health or hospice care provided to patients who lack resources or insurance to cover needed services
- Madelyn Bergen Belliveau Education Fund: Support our care team members in their pursuit of nursing specialty certifications - in honor of Madelyn Bergen Belliveau, RN, a passionate community advocate and health care philanthropist
- Elaine Brady Scholarship Fund: Support scholarship grants to visiting clinicians in York County, Maine - in honor of Elaine Brady, RN, MHSA, a leader in home health and hospice care
- Poulin Family Education Fund: Support registered nurses who are pursuing advanced nursing degrees - in honor Muriel Poulin, R.N., Ed.D., a champion of home health and hospice care
- L. Robert & Lillian Rolde Education Fund: Support home health and hospice employees pursuing a degree applicable to their role - in honor of Neil Rolde, a York County educator, author, and public servant; and his parents L. Robert & Lillian Rolde
- Undesignated: Make a donation that will be distributed at the discretion of the MaineHealth Home Health & Hospice Development Department
