Interviews

We evaluate applications using a holistic review process prior to extending an invitation to interview. Our selection committee will not review incomplete applications. Interviews are by invitation only. We plan to send invitations to interview using the Thalamus scheduling system on October 16th. The MHMMC IM Residency Program will conduct virtual interviews for all applicants invited to interview for the 2024-2025 Match season. Virtual interview sessions will be offered starting the last week of October 2024 and continuing until early January 2025. A formal virtual interview is required to be considered for our program. Due to the large number of applicants every year, we are regretfully unable to provide updates to applicants about their status or selection for interview by email. Applicants who are not selected for an interview or included on our wait list will be informed through ERAS by early November.
