- Electroencephalogram (EEG) - routine, ambulatory and inpatient video EEG monitoring
- Electromyography (EMG) - records the electrical impulses generated by muscle activity
- Neuroimaging - studies the central nervous system structure and function
- Neuro-stimulation - modulation of the nervous system's activity using microelectrodes, transcranial magnetic stimulation or transcranial electric stimulation
- Evoked Potentials (EPs)
- Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential - Checks the pathway from the ear to the brain. The BAEP test may help uncover the cause of hearing and balance problems, as well as other symptoms.
- Visual Evoked Potential - Checks the pathway from the eyes to the brain. May help find the cause of certain visual problems and other conditions.
- Somatosensory Evoked Potential - Checks the pathway from the nerves in the limbs to the brain. It's a way to study the function of the nerves, spinal cord, and brain.
