Sarae Jandreau, DO

My goal as a doctor is to help people improve their quality of life by improving their health. I am very interested in helping people move better, and I find my background as an exercise scientist and a certified strength coach to be very helpful in treating patients. I love to teach. I strive to make sure that my patients know what is going on in their body, and that they feel heard and understand the goal of our treatment plan. I am very interested in how our activity level, nutrition, stress, sleep, and social connections improve our health.
