Meredith E Charney, PhD

Dr. Meredith Charney is a clinical psychologist in adult psychiatry at MaineHealth Maine Medical Center. She provides individual and group therapy to adults with a range of emotional disorders. Dr. Charney's specific areas of expertise include evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, and grief. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Charney is the lead psychologist in the department. Dr. Charney regularly supervises psychology and psychiatry trainees.
